Regional Climate Foundations (RCF) is a global organization dedicated to fostering collaborative, philanthropic action for climate justice. At COP29, the United Nations Climate Change Conference held in Azerbaijan in 2024, RCF presented a new chapter in its history, with a brand and pavilion communication developed by Estúdio Mola.
Our challenge was to rethink the foundation’s identity and extend it to the COP pavilion, creating a language that combined urgency and humanity, two central axes in tackling the climate crisis.
The new symbol comes from the fusion of two signs: the exclamation mark, which represents the state of emergency the planet is in, and its inverted version, which evokes the human presence.
This combination expresses the dual call that moves us: immediate action and collective responsibility for the future.
The result is a contemporary, mobilizing identity that unfolds into graphic pieces and signage that “dress” the pavilion, turning the space into a visual call for empathy, cooperation and climate action.
