The Poço da Panela neighborhood in Recife is famous for its bucolic charm. Despite being close to the fast pace of the area’s streets, avenues and shops, time in Poço seems to move slowly, at its own rhythm. In yet another exciting project, Haut brought its straight, minimalist lines to share the space harmoniously with Alex Hanazaki’s landscaping. The number of distinctive features stands out: private gardens, pools in every unit, a private gourmet area, among many others. Perhaps the only thing more impressive is how balanced and well suited the project is to the area, always keeping the signature of urban kindness so strong in the developer. We developed the development’s visual identity, guided by the integration of contemporary forms with the vegetation and nature that surround the site. The color palette brings the calm so present in the architectural project. The brand, with characters designed exclusively for the product, has soft curves that contrast with firm edges, a graphic reading of the shapes that define the development. Layered foliage illustrations create a rich visual structure aligned with the project’s concept.
